Shinagawa is one of the most seasoned stations in Japan and the primary dynamic station in the Tokyo region. Today, Shinagawa Station is an essential connection in the across the country system of railroad lines.
Shinagawa Station (品川: 品 – merchandise 川 – stream) is one of, if not the most established 駅 in Japan. It initially opened in June of 1872 and was the end of Japan's first railroad associating Tokyo and 横浜.
As far as business it is second just to 東京 in the number trains one can get there. 品川駅 has 19 stages, 4 of which serve the Shinkansen, and as the name would recommend, has numerous treats in and around the station that you can appreciate.
There are two doorways/ways out to Shinagawa, the Takanawa Entrance on the West, and the Konan Entrance on the East. Instantly outside the Takanawa Entrance is the Shinagawa Prince Hotel complex which highlights numerous attractions, for example, a rocking the bowling alley back road, film theater, and the Epson Aqua Stadium Aquarium. You unquestionably won't get exhausted here!
Hungry? There are various Western style eateries around the Prince Hotel complex yet for some real Japanese nourishment you don't need to go a long way from the station.
